Dance Club

Dance is a performance art form consisting of purposefully selected sequences of human movement.

The club has 63 students from Classes IV to VIII. Ankitha Pai of Class VIII was elected as the Vice President and Elishia Baptist as the Secretary of the club. The students learnt different dance forms like Classical, contemporary, bollywood and hip-hop etc. Ms Neetulakshmi, Classical dance choreographer taught some classical dance steps.

Drishti Dayanand, Sameeksha and Calista choreographed short dances. Most of the students performed solo and duet dances. Students were divided according to their classes for practicing Bharathanatya Mudras. The teachers Incharge of the Dance Club were Ms Nandini and Ms Flavia DCunha.
