PARENT TEACHER INTERACTIVE SESSION-CLASS 2 HELD ON 8th JUNE 2018
PTA Interactive Session – Class 2
The parent Teachers Interactive session for class 2 was held on 8/6/2018. The meeting began at 8:30 a.m. Ms Seema Lobo compered the programme . Sr. Roopa welcomed the gathering. Later the teachers introduced themselves. Ms. Suneetha the exam co-ordinator briefed about the Assessment Pattern and stressed that 75% attendance and 50% marks is required for the promotion to the next class. Later Parent Representatives were elected from the classes 2A B and D.
Principal addressed the gathering and announced the class X and XII results. He also mentioned that Second Saturday and Fourth Saturday would be a holiday so that the bond between parents and children would be strengthened. He called in for a mobile free campus and asked parents to meet the teachers on Mondays and avoid other days. He mentioned that late coming to school makes a child lose confidence in itself. Hence we should be punctual in all that we do. He called in for car pooling and asked the parents to approach teachers to clear all the doubts instead of discussing on mobiles. He announced that school vicinnal year will be inaugurated on 23rd of June and invited the parents for the same.
He declared that the school will be closed due to rain as per the D C’s order and asked parents to pick the children from class before they go home.
The programme ended with vote of thanks proposed by Mini Kumari.
