DAY 1 – 24th September 2026
The Annual Tour 2026 commenced with 163 students and 15 staff members. The group departed from the school at 6:15 a.m. and proceeded to Belur after breakfast at Uppinangady.
At Belur Temple, students appreciated the magnificent Hoysala architecture, intricate stone carvings, sculpted pillars and historical significance. The group then visited Halebidu Temple, where students observed its elaborate carvings and sculptures, connecting classroom learning with Karnataka’s rich cultural heritage.
After lunch at Anagha Restaurant, the group travelled to Mysuru and reached Heritage Shelters Resort. Students enjoyed games and recreational facilities under staff supervision, strengthening teamwork and friendship. The day concluded with dinner, ice cream and a lively DJ session, followed by the Principal’s instructions for the next day.
DAY 2 – 25th September 2026
The second day included visits to GRS Snow Park, GRS Amusement Park and Payana Car Museum.
Students enjoyed the unique snow experience at GRS Snow Park and enthusiastically participated in the rides and water attractions at GRS Amusement Park. After lunch, ice cream and a group photograph, the group visited Payana Car Museum, where students explored the evolution of automobiles and technology.
The day concluded with dinner and a final DJ session, joined by Classes 11 and 12 and their staff members. The group departed at 10:45 p.m. and reached the school at approximately 5:20 a.m. the following morning.
The Annual Tour 2026 successfully combined education, adventure, recreation and togetherness. The visits to Belur and Halebidu enriched students’ understanding of history and architecture, while GRS Snow Park, GRS Amusement Park and Payana Car Museum provided memorable experiences. The tour also encouraged teamwork, cooperation, responsibility and stronger bonds among students and staff. The programme concluded successfully with wonderful memories and meaningful learning experiences.
