Teachers’ Day 2025
The teachers’ day celebration 2025 was held on 4th September 2025, at the LCS Conference hall. The celebration was put up by the Members of the Student Council. A beautiful musical rendition was presented by Aishwarya on the Veena, Akshaj on the flute and Jaydon Baptist on the Cajon. The programme started off with the prayer service by the council members followed by the welcome speech by Bhoomika and Varnika. T
The next event was offering a floral tribute to Dr.Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. Post this was the significance of the day presented by Shishir and Suday followed by the message given by the Principal Rev. Fr. Johnson L Sequeira, highlighting the role of teachers in students’ lives. Kyra, Hayyan and Rudraksh delivered heartfelt messages, expressing their deep respect, love, and gratitude towards all the teachers for their unwavering guidance and support. Next was the Presidential address delivered by the Manager Rev. Dr. John Baptist Saldanha, inspiring the students to be responsible and respectful towards their teachers. Following this was a short cultural programme consisting of a dance performance and a thanksgiving song that well engaged the audience. Vote of Thanks was proposed by Aryan and Vihaan. Programme concluded with the School Anthem. The entire programme was hosted by Dhanvi , Aadya, Pranjal , Cherryll and Tanusha .
The celebration continued with a sumptuous lunch hosted by the school management, followed by a short and meaningful programme thoughtfully organised and presented by the members of the Parent Teacher Executive Committee in honour of all the teaching and non-teaching staff of LCS. The day was filled with a wonderful array of programmes put together by students, parents and the management, each one reflecting their appreciation for the hard work and dedication of the staff.
