Class 7 Picnic to Manasa Waterpark, Pilikula

On 10 January 2026, the students of Class VII enjoyed a fun-filled day’s outing to Manasa Waterpark, Pilikula, Mangaluru. A total of 103 students from participated in this memorable picnic.
The students assembled in the school ground at 9:15 a.m., where the Principal, Rev. Fr. Johnson L. Sequeira, addressed the gathering. He reminded the students about the importance of discipline, responsible behaviour and upholding the dignity of the school while also encouraging them to enjoy the outing with their friends. The Principal then led a prayer, seeking God’s blessings for a safe and joyful journey for both students and staff.
The students, accompanied by the staff members Ma’am Vivita D’Souza, Ma’am Noeleen Pais, Ma’am Asha Shet, Ma’am Anita, Sr. Regina, Ma’am Bindu, Sir Shreyas, and Ma’am Nirmala, proceeded to Manasa Waterpark in school buses. Students were divided section-wise into three buses, each supervised by teachers. The journey was filled with excitement as students sang songs, chatted and enjoyed the company of their friends.
The group reached Manasa Waterpark at 10:00 a.m., where they were warmly welcomed by the staff of Pilikula. The students were served refreshments, including snacks and juice, after which they were allowed to explore the park. The students thoroughly enjoyed themselves at the water pools, slides and various games, making the most of every moment.
A delicious lunch was served at 12:30 p.m. in the park’s dining area. Students were provided with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, followed by ice cream, which added to their happiness. After lunch, students returned to the pools to enjoy more water activities.

At 3:00 p.m., students gathered at the wave pool for the final session of the picnic. They spent about half an hour dancing to lively music and enjoying the waves, creating joyful memories with their friends. Later, they were served evening snacks, after which they changed back into their school uniforms in preparation for the return journey.
Though the students were reluctant to leave the waterpark, they were delighted with the wonderful experiences and memories they had created. The buses returned to school by 5:00 p.m., where parents were waiting to receive their children.
The picnic proved to be a refreshing break from routine, strengthening bonds of friendship and leaving students with unforgettable memories of joy, fun and togetherness.
