Kindergarten – report for January 2026 competitions

Kindergarten Section of Lourdes Central School successfully organized a series of competitions for Pre-KG, KG1, and KG2 students on 9th and 10th January 2026. The activities were thoughtfully planned to foster creativity, confidence, and the holistic development of young learners.
A Clay Modelling Competition was conducted for Pre-KG students, an Elocution Competition for KG1 students in the Pre-Primary Hall, and an Artistic Calligraphy Competition for KG2 students in their respective classrooms.
The Clay Modelling Competition focused on nurturing creativity and self-expression while enhancing fine motor and presentation skills. The Elocution Competition emphasized the development of communication skills, confidence, and stage presence. The Artistic Calligraphy Competition aimed to improve handwriting skills, promote aesthetic appreciation, and enhance concentration and patience.
The Pre-KG children enthusiastically created attractive models of fruits and vegetables using clay. The KG2 students showcased remarkable creativity and precision through their calligraphy, while the KG1 participants impressed everyone with their confident and expressive elocution.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to all who contributed to the successful conduct of the event.
