One-day picnic for the students of Classes 3

A one-day picnic for the students of Classes 3 was organised to Green Retreat Resort, Gurupura, on 08 January 2026. The outing was planned to provide relaxation to the students and to help them learn new skills through fun-filled activities.
A total of 167 enthusiastic students, accompanied by staff members, assembled in the school premises at 8.30 a.m. Before the departure, the Principal, Rev. Fr. Johnson L. Sequeira, invoked God’s blessings for a safe and joyful journey.
On arrival at the resort, the students were warmly welcomed and served breakfast. They enjoyed spending time amidst nature, surrounded by lush green trees, followed by an energetic rain dance session.
The students enthusiastically participated in various activities such as singing songs, playing on swings and dancing with great excitement. They also relished healthy and delicious food served at the resort.
Mr. Stanny Pasanna, the owner of the resort, organised entertaining games such as housie-housie, spot games and other fun activities. He also distributed gifts and cash prizes to the students, which added to their joy.
In her vote of thanks, Ms. Suneetha K. expressed her sincere gratitude to the Principal, Rev. Fr. Johnson L. Sequeira, for his guidance and support, the Green Retreat Resort team for their warm hospitality, all the staff members for their cooperation, and the attendant Ms. Anita for her assistance.
The buses reached the school premises safely at 4.30 p.m. The picnic was a truly cheerful and memorable experience for all the students.
