The Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) for Grade 9 was successfully conducted on 05 June 2026 in the LCS Summit Hall. The programme was compered by Ms.Ashvija Mendonca. The programme commenced with the invocation of the Almighty’s blessings, setting a positive and respectful tone for the meeting.
This was followed by the Welcome Address delivered by the Lead Teacher Ms.Padmashree Bhat, who warmly greeted all the parents and introduced the purpose of the meeting.
Next, the new School Manager, Rv.Fr. Stany Pereira addressed the gathering, sharing his vision, the holistic development of students and the growth of the institution.
The session then proceeded with the Introduction of Subject Teachers.
A detailed presentation on Academic Expectations, CBSE Updates, and Student Guidelines was conducted. Parents were informed about curriculum requirements, evaluation patterns, discipline policies, and important updates related to CBSE guidelines.
An interactive Question & Answer Session was held, where parents actively participated and clarified their queries.
The Principal Rev.Fr.Johnson L Sequeira addressed the gathering. He emphasized the importance of collaboration between parents and teachers in ensuring students’ success and overall development.
Following this, the Election of the PTEC (Parent-Teacher Executive Committee) Member was conducted in a transparent and organized manner. Below members were elected,

Overall, the PTM was highly productive and strengthened the partnership between the school and parents for the betterment of students.
