Parent-Teacher Meeting Report – Class 8

A Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) for Class 8 was held on January 9, 2026, at 8:15 am in the rooftop auditorium. Principal Rev. Fr. Johnson L Sequiera, Vice Principal Anita Thomas, Academic Coordinator Fr. Arul, class 8 teachers, Exam Cell Coordinator Ms. Harshitha, representative of Allen Coaching, LCS campus, Mr. Shubhash Arora, parents and students of class 8 were present for the meeting.
The session began with an introductory note by the MC Ms. Rekha Naveen, followed by a prayer song sung by Class 8 students trained by Sir Roshan. Lead Teacher Ms. Lavina Serrao welcomed dignitaries, parents, and students. Subject teachers of class 8 briefed parents on academic progress, study tips, and exam preparations. The Exam Cell Coordinator Ms. Harshitha presented the examination guidelines. Parents shared feedback, suggesting more homework to keep students engaged.
Principal Rev. Fr. Johnson L Sequiera highlighted key points which included examination patterns, Class 9 and 10 academic plans, and Allen Institute’s support for competitive exams. He was pleased to see a large number of parents attending the meeting and expressed his appreciation for their presence. Mr. Shubhash Arora representative of Allen Institute, LCS Campus briefed parents on coaching services and academic support.
The session concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Ms. Neha, followed by interactions between parents and teachers. A total of 116 parents attended the PTM.
