A Parent-Teacher-Student Meeting for Class X was organized on 05.01.2026 , in the school premises with the primary objective of reviewing students’ performance in the Pre-Board Examination,
The meeting began with a prayer song, creating a positive atmosphere. Ms. Linet D’Souza welcomed the gathering and initiated a prayer service, during which parents prayed for their children by placing their hands on them, seeking blessings for good health, confidence, and academic success. This moment was deeply meaningful and strengthened the emotional bond between parents and students.
The Examination Cell Coordinator delivered a PowerPoint presentation outlining the rules and regulations for the current year’s Board Examinations. The presentation covered the procedures for the two Board Examinations and the common guidelines to be followed by students and parents during the examination period.
Following this, subject teachers shared their inputs, particularly analyzing students’ performance in the First Pre-Board Examination. Teachers discussed common errors, marking schemes, answer-writing skills, and revision strategies. Emphasis was laid on improving weak areas, regular practice, proper time management, and exam-oriented preparation for better performance in the Second Pre-Board and Board Examinations.
The Principal addressed the gathering, explaining the pattern of the two Board Examinations in detail. The Principal motivated students to make the best use of feedback from the First Pre-Board Examination, remain focused, and prepare with confidence and discipline.
A special session by Allen Coaching Centre was conducted, where the representatives highlighted the training programmes offered in Classes XI and XII for various competitive examinations. They provided information about career options, foundation courses, and the structured guidance offered to help students prepare for future competitive exams. Additionally, students who had been part of Allen Coaching Classes and are currently pursuing higher studies shared their experiences and insights with the students.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Mr. Henry Mascarenhas .
The meeting was productive and successful, providing clarity, motivation, and direction to students at this crucial stage of their academic journey.
