It is told that for the smooth functioning of any institution or organization, functioning of its Office is of vital importance. Lourdes Central School since its inception from 1999 – 2000 has maintained good office standards. Under the able leadership and command of our respected founder of school Rev Fr Bernard L D’Souza the LCS office has lived up to all the expectations of students, staff, general public and specially parents of students since 1999. Principal and Manager of LCS are guiding spirits of school Office.

Lourdes Central School Office has continuously rendered service to Parents Community and students by collecting fees on schedule, distribution of school Books, stationery, uniform materials, by conducting admission procedures smoothly, issuing and collection of records, payments, helping with financial guidance in smooth functioning of programmes, etc. Normally the school office functions from 7.45am till 4.15pm. The Receipts and Payments Counter of Office functions from 7.55am till 12.05pm. The Books and stationery Cell functions during the school Break times.

The Lourdes Central School Office is known for its availability to complete the given tasks to it by its authorities. It is quick in responding to the general public and parents of students in responding to their queries. Lourdes Central School consists of office clerks Ms Saira D’Souza, Ms Leena Veigas, Mr Rohan Sequeira and Ms Vinitha Pereira. It is not only clerks the Attenders and Peons (Class IV) employees too are important part of office of our school.
