Class 11 Freshers Day

Freshers Day
We always hear from our teachers that school is a place to study not to have a gala time. But once a year there comes a day where students have the freedom to enjoy and come to school just to have a gala time. The students of LCS got an opportunity to celebrate their Fresher’s day on June 4, 2015 when the students of class 12th welcomed the new batch of class 11th with immense pleasure and with a beautiful prayer song. Class 12th students with the guidance of the teachers had put up a wonderful programme to welcome the fresher’s and all the freshers and their parent’s were part of this programme. Rev Fr. Robert D’souza, Principal gave a brief introduction of the faculty members. Ms. Violet D’souza, coordinator of senior secondary section gave the snapshot of the school. The students of class 11 were asked to accompany their parents to the floor and were asked to express themselves. The students of class 12th presented a cultural programme such as group song and dance. Manager, Rev Fr. Wilson Vitus D’souza blessed the students and appreciated the efforts of the teachers. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by the student of class 11th for giving an opportunity to enjoy and celebrate their fresher’s day.
