Holy Mary Child Most Precious
The whole Lourdite family gathered around the Grotto of Mother of Lourdes in the church campus to strew flower to Baby Mary lovingly called Maria Bambina today the 7th of September, soon after the school assembly. The scene was worth watching when all the students of all religion and culture devotedly showered flowers at the beautiful Baby Mary statue and also placed the offerings in the tubs which were later taken to the orphanages around Bejai vicinity. Later the catholic Lourdites proceeded to the church for the Euchristic Celebration. The main celebrant being the Principal Rev Fr Robert D’souza and con celebrant being Rev. Fr Wilson Vitus D’souza, Rev Fr Stany Pinto and Rev Fr Alphones Jojo. Beautiful homily was delivered by Fr Stany Pinto where he related Mother Mary’s life to Prophet Job. Students of class 11 increased the beauty of the Eucharistic celebration with their beautiful singing under the guidance of Sir Ivan and Sir Roshan. In conclusion the Clergy of Bejai Parish the extended family of Lourdes extended their festive greetings.
To bring sweetness for the harvest festival sweets were distributed to the students.
