CLASS IX PICNIC TO PANDIT’S HEALTH RESORT, MOODBIDRI
‘In All Things Of Nature There Is Something Of The Marvelous’-Aristotle. A picnic was organized for the students of class IX to Pandit Health Spa and Resort on 27th September 2019. All the students assembled in the school grounds at 7:30 am sharp. The teachers then took a quick roll-call of all students which was soon followed by a short briefing of instructions by Father Principal. Father Principal then led all the students and teachers by reciting the universal prayer. The students and teachers then boarded the buses at around 7:50 am. The journey to the Resort took about half-an-hour but in the bus was fun and enjoyment throughout the ride. The buses arrived at the resort at about 8:30 am and breakfast was served soon after the arrival of the students. The breakfast was delicious and consisted of mouth-watering pav-bhaji, puris, boiled eggs etc. In the morning students played fun games like football, cricket and tug of war. By this time, the morning had elapsed and students were called lunch. Lunch was tasty and nutritious and a variety of dishes like noodles, pasta, sev puri, biryani etc. were served. After lunch, the students got into the pool and enjoyed themselves thoroughly till 3:30 pm. After they had changed into their school uniforms, the students were served some tea. Tea consisted of a delicious meal of pani-puri, potato podi, ice cream and hot steaming cup of tea and coffee. After they had eaten their fill, the students boarded the buses by biding good-byes to the kind and helpful staff. The buses reached the school at around 6:10 pm and the students were picked by their guardians. On the whole, it was a memorable experience which would always be cherished in the hearts of all the students and teachers.
