DOCUMENTATION OF INTERACTIVE SESSION FOR CLASS 8- 2019-20.

DATE 7/6/2019                                          TIME -9:30 to 10:30 a.m.

Session began with the prayer song sung by the students of class 8. The gathering was welcomed  by Ms Shamitha Machado followed by introduction by the subject teachers. Teachers briefed the parents about their class and sections handled  in the academic year 2019-20.

Ms Anita Thomas briefed the parents about the school rules. She stressed on discipline, punctuality, uniform code, ragging and school canteen facility.

Ms Gretta Menezes  acquainted the parents with  the academic assessment for the year 2019-20. She gave  the CBSE guidelines  regarding the examination policy.

Principal Rev Fr Robert D,Souza addressed the gathering stating that he believes in interaction and building relationship with the parent fraternity. Father proudly announced the wonderful results of Board classes  and stressed on no compromise with the academics of the students. He requested parents to be socially responsible and go for car pooling and encourage children on conserving resources. He urged the parents to encourage children with reading habit. Principal thanked the parents for not using mobile phones in the school campus. He requested the parents to carry identity card every time they visit the school.

Election for the parent representative was conducted and following parents volunteered for the same:

VIII C- Dr Kumar G.N. (Arjun Kumar)

The programme was conducted by Ms Dilla Colaco  and Ms Gowri Ravi    proposed Vote of Thanks.
