Onam Celebration 2021

Onam the harvest festival of Kerala, a festival from God’s own country was celebrated with zeal and pomp in Lourdes Central School on  21.08.2021.

The staff of LCS who got together and decorated the lobby board with pictures of Vallam Kali (boat race), Onam Sadhya (feast meal of Onam) and Mahabali the ancient king who ruled Kerala.The Pookalam or flower rangoli was the main attraction of the day.

The assembly highlighted the importance of the festival and Ms. Jasmine Shinoj the School Nurse spoke a few words on the occasion. All the staff of LCS who were dressed in Onam Saree enjoyed themselves being a part of the celebration.
