Parent-Teacher Interactive Session 2022- Class 10

The first parent- teacher interactive session of class X for the year 2022-2023 was held at LCS Rooftop Auditorium on 4th June 2022. The meeting was chaired by the Principal Rev. Fr. Robert D’Souza. VicePrincipal Ms. Anita Thomas was also present.
The meeting began with a prayer song and welcome address by Ms. Linet. Later, all the subject teachers introduced themselves and the classes they taught. Ms.Gretta, Exam Cell Coordinator briefed the parents on the structure of assessment and the details of the new system. Then Ms. Anita Thomas, Vice Principal briefed the rules and regulations of the school. Ms.Deepa requested the parents of class X A, B,C, D to volunteer for the PTA (Parent Teacher Association).
The Principal started his speech with the quote ‘Well begun is half done’. He then requested the students to sit with their parents. The Principal addressed the parents and appreciated them for participating in the interactive session. He assured the parents that the teachers are always ready to render any help to the students and students could approach their teachers whenever they felt the need to do so. He advised the students to respect their parents, teachers and elders and not to hurt them. He encouraged the students that this year is a great opportunity to prove themselves. The Principal then requested the parents to give their valuable suggestions, observations, positive motivations and queries if any.
The session ended with the Vote of thanks by Ms. Anita Menezes who expressed her gratitude to the parents and students for their valuable presence and wished the students good luck on their future endeavors.
