Parent teacher interactive session 2024 Pre KG
The Parent Teacher Interactive session for Pre kg was held on 6th June 2024 in the Lourdes Central School A.V room at 8:30 a.m.
The program commenced by invoking God’s presence through a prayer song sung by the kindergarten staff members.
The kg coordinator Ms. Lydia D’Souza welcomed the gathering.
Rev. Fr. J.B. Saldanha interacted with the new parents and enlightened them about the school and the various ways of how Lourdes Central School will improvise and upgrade the quality of education in the days to come.
Fr Manager also introduced the new Principal Rev. Fr. Johnson Lawrence Sequeira and briefed the parents about him.
The kindergarten Staff introduced themselves. The pre KG Class teacher Ms. Jennifer Menezes presented a PPT on preschool academics and activities.
The PTA election was conducted by Ms Linette Pereira and the elected member was Ms Rakshita m/o Shreyansh.
The Principal, Rev. Fr Johnson L. Sequeira addressed the gathering and highlighted the functioning of the school, assuring the Parents that Lourdes Central School is a safe and a happy place where the children will learn to be independent along with academics and other activities. He also convinced the parents that Lourdes Central School would persevere in forming the children with quality and value based education. The Principal urged the parents to meet him or the teachers whenever they had a query in regards with academics.
The parents were given an opportunity to speak and their doubts in regards with the timing, uniform and snacks of the children were clarified.
The vote of thanks was proposed by Ms Lavita DSouza, Ms Malini Menezes compered the program. The meeting concluded and the parents were given an insight as to the academics and activities of Lourdes Central School Pre kg. The parents were also given tour of the kindergarten section as suggested by Fr. Manager.
The meeting concluded and helped to create a strong relationship between the School and the Parent fraternity.
