 Parent Teacher Interactive session- Class 6

‘Coming together is a beginning; keeping together is progress; working together is success.’

Showing the concern towards parents, teachers and students in regard to the virtual classes a Parent Teacher Online Interactive session was held on the 21st of July 2020 from 4 to 5 pm in two batches.

This session commenced with a prayer song followed by the welcome address and a brief report regarding the feedback, observations and activities during the online classes noticed by the class teachers. Father Principal addressed the gathering and advised physical relaxation in between each virtual class. He also requested everyone to stay at home and be safe.

86 parents out of 90 were present for the meeting there was an overwhelming positive feedback and appreciation regarding the virtual classes. A few suggestions were put forth by the parents.

 They are as follows

1)  A parent requested to send the question paper after the test.

2) Another parent appreciated the hard work put in by the teachers and also the ‘no book day’ on Saturday further suggested ‘no screen day’ on every Saturday.

 3) Some of the parents asked about  the Sanskrit and French classes.

 4) One parent  clarified as to what could be  the alternative if there was power failure during the exams.

• Father Principal expressed his Joy on the appreciation of the parents he also said that no screen day would be observed keeping in mind the syllabus.
• -Regarding Sanskrit and French Father said that at present they could join the Kannada and Konkani classes once the school reopens there would be Sanskrit and French classes after school hours.
• -About the exams Father Principal advised everyone not to worry too much regarding the periodic test- I and in case of any clarifications to keep in touch with the teachers.

 The meeting ended with a motivational video and a vote of thanks.
