With an aim to enable the smooth functioning of virtual classes Class III had its section wise parent teacher online interactive session on 18th July 2020 from 5pm to 5.40pm. The meeting began with a prayer song followed by the welcome address 93% of parents expressed enthusiastic interest among for the smooth working of virtual classes. The respective class teachers briefed the parents about the virtual classes, certain observations during the sessions, submission of written work etc. The class teachers notified the parents about the new idea of using Google Classroom for the submission of notes. The parents gave their view points and suggestions regarding the virtual classes and its development.
Such as
- Whole lesson could be recorded and forwarded to the students in case of absence.
- Classes could be held at 4 pm or both the sessions could be held in the morning.
- Prepare a schedule to submit the work of each subject.
They also appreciated the efforts made by the Management, Principal and staff of LCS in conducting the virtual classes efficiently. A motivational video was screened and was well appreciated by the parents as it touched their hearts. The meeting helped to create better understanding between parents and teachers and built a harmonious relationship between the school and community. The meeting concluded with the vote of thanks.
