Parent-Teacher interactive Session Class VI- 2019-2020
Parent – teacher interactive session for class VI was held on 10th June 2019 in the AV Room. The meeting started with a prayer song.
Ms Noeleen Pais welcomed the gathering. All the subject teachers of class VI introduced themselves to the gathering.
Ms Anita Thomas explained the importance of discipline in everyone’s life and briefed the parents about the school rules and regulations. She also motivated the parents to contribute towards the birthday fund even though they don’t have to celebrate the birthdays in school.
Ms Gretta Menezes informed the parents regarding the changed pattern of evaluation for the year 2019-20. She also emphasized on the importance of health and physical education and art education.
The election of PTA representatives took place. The following are the parent representatives:
Ms Deena Rego, P/o Clide Rego of Class VI A.
Ms Nancy Madtha P/o Nina Madtha of class VI C.
Ms Ayshath Hiba P/o Noora Mariyam of Class VI D.
Class VI B parents didn’t volunteer to take up the responsibility.
Fr Principal thanked and appreciated the parents for attending the meeting in large number. He also invited them for PTA General Body Meeting which will be held on 22 nd June 2019.
He announced proudly the results of class X and XII of 2018-2019. He advised the parents to prepare their wards for the best outcome now itself and told them that their wards have to spend half an hour with each subject on the day’s lesson done in school.
He urged the parents to follow the traffic rules and to start early to avoid all the blocks.
Parent of Varshini, Ms Beena K V was appreciated for her spirit of generosity in helping
Ms Jayashree in taking up Math remedial classes for the student of Class X.
Meeting ended with vote of thanks by Ms Asha Shet.
Ms Lavina Castelino compeered the session.
