Parent-Teacher Interactive Session for Class XI & XII

The parent-teacher interactive session for the senior secondary section was held in the school AV room on 5th June 2024. The programme commenced at 8:30am with a prayer song by the students of class XII. Ms. Sreelatha welcomed the gathering and all teachers introduced themselves to the parents along with a short briefing on the subjects they teach.

The floor was then kept open for the parents to raise their queries and concerns pertaining to the academics. The principal and the respective teacher responded to the queries at the same time. Ms. Gowri Ravi requested the parents to volunteer to be the members of the Parent-Teacher Executive Committee(PTEC) and following parents (one from each class) volunteered.

The Principal, Rev. Fr. Johnson L Sequeira then addressed the gathering. In his address, the Principal made the parents aware of the assessment schedule, importance of discipline in school life, the expectations of the school in this regard, the academic support classes and the charity mission of the school. He also cautioned the parents of the negative impact of social media on the students and the consequences of any form of bullying.

Ms. Reema D’Souza compered the programme and Mrs. Neema Lobo proposed the vote of thanks. The session concluded at 9:30am.
