REPORT ON INDUSTRIAL VISIT TO 3 MAN’S DINKI ICE CREAM INDUSTRY, BAIKAMPADY

We the students of Class XI and XII Commerce visited the 3 Man’s Dinki Ice Cream industry in Baikampady on 16 November 2019. We started our journey at 8:45 am with 32 students and 2 teachers, Ms. Bindiya and Ms. Janaica. We reached at 9:20 am. The industry’s owner, Mr. Gilbert Pinto guided us to their factory. We observed the process of the preparation of the cone ice cream. They explained to us about the pasteurization process, the cooling process, the sealing of the cones and the final touch. The workers cooperated with each other in completing the whole process in an efficient and effective manner. It was truly a wonderful experience to witness the preparation of the ice cream that we consume. They gave us their Mawa Qulfi which we enjoyed. Then we moved towards the toy industry which manufactured plastic toys. We thanked the owner and all the workers for providing us with useful information needed for our project. Finally we made our move back to school and reached at 10:45 am.
