LCS Family Singing Contest

During the time of Lock down the families are together and to spend time fruitfully Lourdes Central School has organised a Singing Competition which will bring all the family members together to present their talents which will help to heal the world from the present situation. This group singing competition is only for LCS students, their Parents and Grand Parents

Rules and Regulations:

1.The competition will be held in 3 categories . Kindergarten to class 3, Class 4 to Class 8 and Class 9 to Class 12 (2019-2020 BATCH)
2. The number of participants in the group to be minimum 3 and maximum 6 including the musicians .Time limit is 3 minutes only.
3. The group may consist LCS Students, their Parents and their Grand Parents only.
4. Accompaniments like Keyboard, Guitar, Percussion instruments are allowed
5. Karaoke may be used as background music.
6. The Evaluation is purely on Pitch, Rhythm, Quality of Voice and Presentation. Singing in voices will attract extra marks.
7. Only the participants must be seen in the video.
8.Usage of professional recording, pre- recording and editing software is strictly not allowed, The video has to be raw and with unedited audio.
9.The videos to be sent along with the student name and class to the given Email Id: lourdescentralschoolmangaluru@gmail.com
10.There will be 3 prizes, First, Second and Third in each category.
11.All the participants will be given a participation certificate.
12.The competition will be held in English language. You may sing any devotional, patriotic, folk, album songs. One family can take part in one competition only.
13.Also there will be “viewers Category “ for the highest number of likes for the post on Facebook.
14.Paid promotion of likes will lead to disqualification.
15.The judging will be carried out by the panel of judges based on the performance.
16.The last date to send the videos is 22nd May,2020.
