Staff Picnic 2021-22
Maxwell Maltz, an American Surgeon said, “Happiness is an art of relaxation”.
To unwind and destress our mind and body a day’s outing was organized for the entire staff of Lourdes Central School to River Roost, Moodushedde on 12th February 2022. The journey to the beautiful destination commenced at 8.30a.m. The Principal Rev Fr Robert D Souza, along with the entire staff invoked God’s blessings and prayed for blessing the day
The excitement to explore and enjoy the picnic could be sensed during the journey. After reaching the spot we were warmly received by the staff of River Roost resort. After eating the delicious breakfast, we were lead to the lush green lawns where Ms Lolita Mascarenhas conducted warm up exercises which were loved by all. Along with Ms Anitha Pinto & Ms Preethi she then conducted some interesting games which kept everyone occupied.
Playing cricket, dancing to the trending reels, rain dance and singing were the highlights. Housie, housie brought everyone together and there were moments of laughter and joy. The scrumptious afternoon meal was appreciated by everyone. We left from the picnic spot at 5.00p.m,cherishing all the memories.
We reached back safely. We are grateful to the school Management, Fr Principal and Vice Principal for the amazing and relaxing experience. The joyous experience brought all of us closer to each other and it was a refreshing and remarkable moment.
