‘Way of Thinking’-the next generation of leaders
A motivational talk was held for the students of class 11th on October 4th, 2021 in the audio visual room of Lourdes Central School, Mangalore from 10:30 a.m to 11:45 a.m. Mr. Vishal, a facilitator from ‘The Hindu’ group addressed the students on ‘Way of Thinking’ and the concept of bringing 2030 to light. He emphasized on the importance of leadership, love and compassion, inquisitiveness, sincerity, hard work and perseverance. He highlighted the significance of skill development among the youth and also introduced us to different opportunities which lie ahead of us. As students, we should do research and learn something new every day. Knowledge is abundant but we should know how to use it. Research shows that students sometimes are better aware than even some experienced professionals. He inspired us to have a strong positive thought process, better understanding of problems and finding creative solutions. He also introduced us to various sectors. The talk was very informative and inspiring and it encouraged us to face future challenges with confidence. It also gave us new insights on how to grab opportunities and have positive growth.
