Project-  Respect and Greet All

Treat others with respect and others will respect you- Antony Douglas Williams

Instilling respect and developing humane values is an integral part of Lourdes Central School. The Classes 1 to 5 conducted a project

“Respect and Greet All” for the primary section on 13th June to 15thJune. The project was inaugurated during the morning assembly with the prayer and followed by the intention praying for parents, teachers, respect for human life etc.

The vice principal Ms Anita Thomas in her message mentioned that respect is like mirror, the more we show to other people, the more it will reflect back us.

She also stressed on the importance of greeting their teachers and other members of the faculty.

The students of Class 3 sang a melodious action song and students of Class 5 presented a skit depicting the importance of greeting others.

The teachers in Class briefed the students about greeting and respecting everybody who cross our path. Everyday children were given an activity to prepare a greeting card for their loved ones. Children prepared beautiful cards with the wonderful messages written on it and sent a photograph to their respective Class teachers. Every Class displayed a window chart depicting different ways of respecting and greeting . Overall project on Greet and respect all was a successful one.
